Shipping Policy

While all of Cartridge Commanders bullet items are safe & inert items, some locations frown on such items. Check your local laws before ordering. Cartridge Commander is not responsible for items that are not approved by your local laws and can not refund orders that were not delivered due to such as each order is made to order.

International/non-U.S. orders: While we are GDPR compliant, Cartridge Commander does not ship to EU (European Union) locations.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders after 9pm EST are processed the next day.

Most retail orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Most wholesale (supply) orders under 100-pieces are shipped within 3-5 business days. Most wholesale (supply) orders over 100-pieces are shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders over 200-pieces require a minimum of 10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Winter is typically when delays are most possible, due to bad weather and Christmas, which is when postal carriers/shipping companies often have higher chances of delays as well.

Default shipping on most items is typically USPS First Class (Ground Advantage) unless the buyer selects otherwise -OR- if size/weight does not allow First Class/Ground Advantage. Cartridge Commander has no control over shipping nor the employees of any postal carrier/shipping companies. However, should there be an issue with your order, we will work with you on the matter. We require photos of the issue and its original package. If the issue is a postal/shipping issue, you should contact the postal carrier/shipping service and start a claim first.
